We strive for all deliveries within the United Kingdom to reach you within 7 working days, depending on the delivery option chosen.
The cut-off is 12pm. After that time, we cannot guarantee that the delivery company will be able to receive the item the same day. If you’ve ordered after 12pm on a Friday, you will receive your order anytime from Monday onwards.
For deliveries to Europe, this can take up to 14 working days.
Our customers located outside of those locations can wait for up to a month due to customs. We do our best to send out products on the day of your order, but unfortunately there are a lot of external processes that we don’t have control over – no matter how much we’d like to!

Sometimes our orders take slightly longer to reach you depending on your country of delivery as well as on the delivery company. If you have not received any emails confirming your order/shipment or have not received your products at all, please get in touch with us via the form on the Contact Us page and we will be more than happy to assist.
We are constantly on the lookout for ambassadors and reviewers. Unfortunately we are not always able to accept all requests due to the amount of people who are interested, but we strive to let as many people in as we can.
